I was in your EXACT situation in 2001. Got matched after years of infertility/fertility treatments and 1 month later found out I was pg. I would definitely pursue both if you can, b/c neither pg or adoption is a sure thing. Plus, if you are like me, you will have already "bonded" to your first baby (adoption) and being pg doesn't replace that.
Unfortunately for us, bmom decided not to place, CPS stepped in, and we did not end up with the baby But after a horrible pg, DD#1 was born I still think about that baby a couple times a months, and it is 11 years later.
